There’s a lot of talk in our universe—many words, many ideas—but very little correlation between what we say and what we practice. This month is about shifting that. It’s about the alignment between desire and action, between vision and embodiment. It’s about walking our talk.

The phrase “talk is cheap” is no coincidence. Numerically, 13 is the power of the word—but the challenge of 13 is the gap between presentation and action (expectations and results). In any field, there are talkers, and there are doers and achievers. Ask yourself: Do I walk my talk? Do the people I surround myself with walk theirs?

July 2025 holds the vibration of 32, a significant number that speaks to unlocking your heart, aligning with your dharma, and following the truth of what works for you, and moved by. It’s not about fleeting desire—it’s about understanding what’s real, what’s right, and what you wish to see becoming. It’s about practicing it, living it.

This is a shift in the domain of dharma—your righteous conduct, your unique truth, your path. What are you passionate about?

What are you willing to focus on? That’s the 32 factor.

The shadow of 32 may show up as pettiness, being scattered, stingy, repressed, or blaming others for the lack of clarity in your life. But the inspired side of 32 is a double 16—double kindness and forgiveness, taking responsibility for what you would like to be, your 'becoming'.

In a year of internal configuration—a time to reconfigure what you’re passionate about and who you’re meant to bloom with. It’s a time to move into a collective body of knowledge that allows for more freedom and authentic expression.

32 also suggests following a teaching or a teacher that will help you unlock something deeper within yourself.

Underneath it all is the number 5—the energy of change. Change through new teachings, new understandings, and physical movement. This may be travel, or simply a shift in how you inhabit your physical body and environment. Amidst the fluctuation, you don’t need to move constantly—you need to get focused. July is a time to care deeply for your physical body, and its nourishment.

It’s a good time to do extra inner work, yet mixed it with extra external physical practice (maybe a new physical routine) - rearrange your physical space - maybe even change your geographical location - seeking your next mountain to conquer.
