Consciousness and Awareness: Honoring Your Unique Path!
I have been lying to myself for sometime (frequently through my life experience) that there are out there people with the right choices, life style and understanding what success looks like, and if I will learn and follow their experience something great and wonderful will bestowed on me as well.
I have been meditating for over close to three decades, yet for the longest time it helped me cruse, function, excel, work through my conflicting feelings and thoughts and rise above negativity.
Right after COVID, I stumbled into a meditative practice that transformed my life. It taught me to see the mind’s positive trajectory as a battery that needs recharging every few hours. Practicing this for two years was a game changer—not just for me, but for others as well. I realized that negativity is inherent in our way of operating. Unless we intercept, shift, and boost the positive trajectory of our minds, we risk falling into negativity, sometimes so deeply that it feels impossible to break free.
This practice led me to another powerful realization: I am unique. I do not fit into someone else’s experience, definition of success, or business model. For too long, I struggled to build a coaching business, trying to mold my creative trajectory into frameworks that weren’t meant for me. That struggle reflected a larger issue I see in the world—especially in America—where we chase a distorted vision of success, shaped by collective lies about what it means to “make it.”
Numerology has helped me see that each of us is as unique as our fingerprints, our upbringing, and our way of thinking. When I fully connected to this truth, I began to honor and cherish my work in a whole new way. It unlocked a greater energy of awareness, breath, and purpose—a vitality that fuels the experience I am truly meant to have.
